4. Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on all orders across India. No additional shipping or delivery charges apply at checkout.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available on eligible orders. If you choose COD at checkout, please keep the exact amount ready for our delivery partner at the time of delivery.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation with tracking details (where available) so you can follow your shipment's progress.

7. Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we work with reliable courier partners, delays can occasionally occur due to weather, logistics disruptions, or other events beyond our control. If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us and we will investigate with our courier partner and keep you updated.

Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate at checkout. If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, our courier partner may attempt redelivery or contact you to reschedule; additional delivery attempts may affect the overall delivery timeline.
